White River Rural Health Center’s Case Management Department is centered on assisting you and your family to obtain affordable healthcare services, including prescription medication and transportation to medical appointments. Our friendly case managers screen patients for all White River Rural Health Center programs, in addition to Medicaid. With our case management team, you will not only experience an open door atmosphere, but an open heart as well. Whether the need is social, economic, health or financial, a White River Rural Health Center case manager is ready to assist you and your family.
