The Service Access Specialist is responsible for providing accurate information and assistance to the client regarding HIV/AIDS. Qualifications: Bachelor of Social Work or other related health or human service degree is preferred, or related experience for a periods of 2 full years (or equivalent), regardless of academic preparation. In addition must have the ability to work as a team, some computer skills, and customer relation skills, organizational skills and be able to work face to face and on the phone with clients.
